Cancellation Policies
As a courtesy to our clients and specialists, a 24 hour notice of cancellation is requested.

Payment
Visa, Master Card, Cash & Personal Checks are accepted. A service charge of $30.00 apply for returned checks.

Gift Certificates
Available in any amount. Sensational Skin Care gift certificates are a lovely treat for someone special. Gift certificates are non-refundable and will not be honored beyond the expiration date. They hold no cash value.

Refund & Return Policies
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives for an return merchandise authorization (RMA). All claims MUST be made within 30 days of receipt of order.
